COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAM
We offer a 3:1 group ratio that is very carefully selected. We take pride in the meaningful activities that our groups are engaged in when they are out in the community. You can find our groups: creating care packages for underprivileged families, providing services to local non-profit agencies, or being employed by your neighborhood stores.
TAILORED DAY SERVICES
A tailored and specialized program designed and crafted for individuals who can personalize their program. Our Tailored Day provides 1-on-1 weekly support to adults with disabilities. We provide instructions and support with post-secondary education, finding employment, volunteer work, and paid internships among many other things.
INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES
Our Independent Living Services provides
1-on- 1 weekly support to adults with disabilities. We provide instructional guidance to help aid, empower, and support our clients to successfully maintain their independence and homes. We work with medical, benefits, cooking along with so much more.
Coordinated Family Services
Our Coordinated Family Services supports adults living with aging parents by helping them plan for the future and connect with available services and resources.
Self Determination
Our Self-Determination Program provides individuals with the ultimate choice of what care they receive and how it is delivered. We are excited about the possibilities and opportunities this program offers.
